For the past fifteen years, I have been blessed with the amazing opportunity to minister to daughters and sons, mothers and fathers, men and women in events both inside and outside the four walls of the church.
Because my ministry and message is and has always been one centered on restoration, I am constantly given access into the broken hearts and lives of individuals who desperately come searching for hope and freedom from their hidden hurts, regrets and shame.

Rachel feels desperately alone... Her mother is buried by depression and rarely gets out of bed. Rachel’s dad is never home. Rachel hates her life and wishes for death.
Brianna's dad walked out on them years ago... She's now on her third “serious” boyfriend... and she’s only 12.
Deborah loves her husband of 26 years very dearly, except, she despises intimacy with him. If only he knew that her coldness was due to her being sexually abused as a child, maybe he wouldn’t feel so crushed by rejection.
Melissa was raped by her uncle’s friend... A blanket of shame covers her life. And "cutting" scars cover both arms.
Samantha’s an alcoholic at the age of 17. Her mom died two years ago. Her dad’s never been in the picture. Her legal guardians abuse and steal from her. She’s failing most of her classes. Samantha will be lucky to finish high school.
Bob wrestles with a porn addiction... He knows that his secret sin would destroy many more than just his wife and family, but he feels he has nowhere to turn to for help... Bob is a pastor.
LeAnn used to have a good relationship with her daughter, Ashley; but lately, all they do is fight. They miss each other deeply, but neither of them knows how to make it better. So they don’t.
Trina's parents divorced when she was five... Her mom is remarried and her dad is an alcoholic whose new wife treats her and her little brother like dirt! Her heart is broken.
Ted is buried by depression... A successful businessman with a caring wife and five loving children, Ted’s abusive childhood made him a severe workaholic who demands perfection from everyone, including himself. No one or nothing is ever good enough.
Tyler witnessed his dad beating up on his mom... After Tyler jumped in to stop him, his dad left and never came back. Tyler is now hanging out with the wrong crowd.
It is in these moments that I get a glimpse of the pain, dysfunction and lack of communication that goes on behind closed doors and between family members. So many today are allowing their pain and shame to sabotage every aspect of their lives. I see families being torn apart and entire generations of hurting people all hurting one another.
This pains my heart and fuels my passion to bring hope to the hurting and freedom to the bound--shedding the shame and bridging the gap between mothers and sons, husbands and wives, fathers and daughters.

But I cannot do this alone.
